What is Derma roller?  The Derma roller is a small, easy-to-use device that at its end has a roller fitted with tiny titanium needles. Glided over the skin it performs a mechanical stimulation that causes micro-injuries. These tiny punctures create microchannels that allow you to reach the deepest part of the dermis.
